A manuscript case report for a phrenological reading of the character and mental development of Mr. H. Flad, who "might excel as a surgeon or dentist." Bound in illustrated printed wrappers with advertisements (works on phrenology, water-cure, physiology, phonographs, young people, mesmerism and psychology, and miscellaneous) and imprint: "Fowler and Wells 308 Broadway, New York."
